Title of presentation:  “Discovering Weaker Genetic Associations with Validated Association, with Studies of Alzheimer’s Disease and Drug Abuse Disorder”

Title of presentation:  “Spectral Linear Mixed Model, accounting for complicated population structures in association studies.”

Time: 35 min Talk + 10 min Q&A [3:00 – 3:45 pm]

3:45 – 5:00 pm       CDAR Scientific Committee Meeting (Xing, Wu, Wang, and McGuire)

  1. Progress Report – Terry and Lirong to review Admin Core and Core A and what we need to pay attention for a discussion
  2. Time permitting, we may discuss joint review paper for 10 min
  3. Other issues:
  • Annual Meeting (Skype) with EAB member,  date and location
  • Remaining two years research focus
    • must be towards “Drug Abuse”
    • increase collaborative publications among all Cores
